Hi, I’m Zack Hughes.

I serve handcrafted, small-batch BBQ right here in southeastern Connecticut — available through limited food drops and select catering events.

What started as backyard cooks turned into an obsession with doing BBQ the right way: real wood smoke, quality ingredients, and no shortcuts. I focus on bold flavor, proper technique, and the kind of food that makes people go quiet after the first bite.
